SCIC is a New York-based financial advisory firm established in January 1999 that provides specialized advice on capital markets to both public and private sector financial institutions and governments, primarily in emerging and frontier markets.

Since inception, we have provided advice to issuers and investors on improving access to capital markets. Specifically, we focus on structured finance, risk mitigation, and credit ratings.
